Better springs? Tein S-tech or H&R Sport?

Better springs? Tein S-tech or H&R Sport?

What's better to get, Tein S-tech or H&R Sport? and do I need to buy Shocks? if so do you guys recommend Tokico or KYB GR-2

KYB Gr-2 from what is known to give you a OEM or a lil better smooth ride than the OEM ride. Tokico are better tho then KYB.

I have S-Tech's in my garage, but havent had the chance to get them installed because of other work being done..

Ive always prefered H&R springs. Tokico is a better spring of the 2
