about adjusting tokico illumina

i have 03 tl-s with 19" rims and eibach prokit
i just bought and installed tokico illumina shocks.
what would be the best setting for those shocks?
i put it on 5 front and back right now and it rubs more than before in the back
it used to rub in the back when 3 people get in the car and now only by myself, it rubs
can you guys give me some advise?

What shocks did you have before? I just had the Comptech and Illuminas installed and no problems yet. I'm running on the TLS rims though, but changing shocks should not affect the rubbing. I believe that is usually caused by the lowering springs. Setting 5 just makes the ride stiffer, not lower.

i had original shocks....and i know adjusting 1~5 is not going to make my car lower but weird thing is
when i had to 5 it started to rub more than before...
and my shocks makes noise like air leaking when i push down on the bumper
is it normal?
i changed my setting to 2 on the front and 1 in the back....

I don't believe that is normal. I had tokico blues on my Sentra and I didn't hear that leaking sound, but when I pushed the bumper I had a mushy feeling to it. The "gasket" was ripped due to damage on the rod. check for damage on the shock. Other than that I don't know. sorry
