I like the way the TL-S rims look and I would like to put them on my 99 TL.
I found a wrecked 2003 TL-S and am trying to buy his rims and tires.
My Stock tires are 205 60 16 and the TL-S is on a 215 50 17.
My TL is stock height and will not be lowered.
Will I have an issue swapping?
Will they fit?

Of course they'll fit; same basic car, same overall diameter of tire.

 

can I fit a 215 55 17 with no issues. 55 over the 50.

 

I wouldn't do that if I were you; that would enlarge the diameter of the tires which would in turn cause your speedometer and odometer to under register the speed and distance.
