So I want to pick these up for my 02 type s but I keep reading conflicting info. From they stick out up to .5" past the fenders and rub to sitting flush without needing any fender modification. So what's the consensus?

I'm lowered on h&r sport with koni yellow on lowest perch with no camber kit. Stock wheels are looking really sunk in the wheels wells. Would I be able to pull off 3 gen type s wheels without rolling fenders or cutting tabs?

Tire size would be 235/45/17. Thank you.
