raise your suspension!! 19x8's have been done before on these forums and some even have a system in their trunks. but i dont think any of them dropped the car more than an inch.

+45 offset on a 8" wheel will definitely cause rubbing, especially on a lowered ride.
May help to go with a 225 instead.

No, not tru. He said he rolled his fenders and i'm guessing he cut the rear tabs, what we NEED to know is the width of the wheel tho and how much the car is lowered.
225's will help but u can use 235's on an 8" wheel without issues. but a couple things must be addressed first.

First rule of buying 19's:
Rub your hand on the inside of the rear fender wall, stop when u feel where the fender joins the bumper, pull your hand out. If your tires are rubbing u should find that your hands r covered with black soot. If it's not, then drive your car around for about 15 mins make sure to drive over bumps and dips (places that u think would make your tires rub). Stop the car and rub your hand on the inside of the fender wall again.
You should now see that there is tire residue on the "tab" where the bumper meets the fender. That "tab"/ section is what needs to be cut, not off completely but just enough so that it won't tuch the tire. Try using a Dremel, cut off about 5mm then drive the car around again and repeat that process untill there's no more tire on the fender.
I am suprised that the shop that rolled your fenders didn't think to do anything about that piece of urithane
Other then that, your 235/35/19's should just fine very soon.

I have the Zenetti Fives. I dont rub at all, but i have a 225/35 tire. And i am on the "original" Comptech drop. Might want to try raising ur suspension a lil bit.

considering you cannot return the wheels or tires, have attempted to alleviate the rubbing and have teins, i would say raise the car to the point where there is very minimal amount of rubbing to prevent further hassle and expense. otherwise, you have to be more thorough in your attempts to find and resolve areas that rub. honestly, i think it's the rim specs and tire size. i had 19x8s with 235/35s on my 02 tls dropped on prokits with camber correction in the rear, and it rubbed pretty badly when the suspension oscillated. for 8s, you should get no lower than a 50 offset. since you have the 45 offset, maybe 225 tires were a better choice. maybe a different brand of 235/35s will help as some tires are smaller than others in the same size and have a different shoulder profile.
