2007 tl rims on 2003 tl

my friend as tl stock rims 07 would they fit on my 2003 TL?
and what witdh off tire?

Yea they should because I have a set of 07s on my 99, they have 235/45 an slightly rub if i take a sharp turn in the back...i wanna see if i could put some 215/45s

They'll fit no problem. They come with 235/45/17's.
