45? Maybe 40?

I wouldn't go lower than 40

Why not just stick with OEM size, 215/50/17 or if you want a lower profile go with 225/45/17. I wouldn't go any lower than 45 personally.

leave the stock tire size on those wheels or you will have gappage... leave 50's on there... it looks fine when dropped.

i bought my car with cls rims and they had 225-45-17s. i dont like how they make the wheels look smaller. if you really want wider tires then go for it, but i wouldnt go under 45 series. the gap doesnt look good at all.

lowering the profile on your tires on your stock wheels will make your ride less comfortable. you might notice better cornering. what is your reason for wanting lower pro tires?

Better cornering comes with having a wider tire, as in 225 instead of 215.

I just replaced one of my tires cause it had a nail in it with a 215/45 and it looks
