I made this account to ask a few questions, but the most important would be about the piece of metal rod that connects the lower control arm to the front crash bar, what is it called so I can get one?

@Carlos Rios Did you ever end up getting new radius rods? how do you know they were bad?

I did order it from a dealership but since it took 3 months to get here I haven't had the chance to try it on yet. It arrived yesterday.
And the rod is pushing the whole assembly to the rear. It could be the crash bad or the part the lower control arm connects to but the rod is the easiest to replace.

According to the guy I bought it from it hit a curve, the rim was all curved so it did. And he replaced the control arm.

alright...good info. Since you mentioned hit a curb: do you know if the wheel is bent?

There is a very easy way to check for bent wheels: these will show up as vibration in the cabin at highway speeds.

Carlos Rios, have you replaced the strut rod yet? If so did it correct the issue. I have the same problem still although I haven't installed the new rod or bushings the car was aligned and is tracking properly. Visually and measured, the tire is 3/4' further back than the Drivers front tire. My repair shop rechecked the frame and said its perfect. I don't understand why its still 3/4" further back.

Any insights???

Is your bumper or some other body component not properly fitted? if you say it's driving fine then I wouldn't worry...
