19 inch Racing hart j8's , will they fit??

Okay so i found out that the Racing hart j8's are +45 offset and i think there 7.5 width Tire size: 235/35/19
dont are cars need +50?
I really want these rims so is there anyway i can make them fit on there if its gonna rub? rolling the fenders is one othing i heard of, how much does that cost or can i do it my self?

Help me out guys, Thanks

7.5" with +45 should be okay with a little trim here and there. But your problem is with the tires...235's require a minimum wheel width of 8".

you could try these Dunlop SP Sport FM901 (Ultra High Performance Summer) 215 or 225/35/19 for 7.5" wheels
