19" Axis Spider for 2nd gen TLS

Hey everyone. I found a set of Axis Spider 19 for sale. I'm pretty sure they have an offset of 35 and are 19x8. The specs say "Tire size: 225/35 ZR19 88W Offset: ET 3/5" From my research in this forum, I know I should be looking for at least +45. But my car is not dropped at all, will stay 4x4 for a while. Do you guys think this won't look right and will stick out a lot and/or rub? Thanks for any input.
