18x8 front and 18x9 back will these fit a '99?

Oh yeah and how would I find out what size tire fits what size rim? Cause I know a rim can be 18 inches but be an 8 or a 9. Which number in the tire determines the 8 or the 9? The 200 number?

Oh yeah they'll fix it alright but at the cost of hacking metal off your fender to make them fit?!?!
Wonder why there is only 1 person with 9" wheels huh.

i know him and have seen the car. he has 9s with a 55 offset, but the tires are 235 i think. pretty tight fit but i don't believe his rear metal fender lips are shaved. but if you are sticking with narrower tires like 225 and 235, both will also fit nicely on 8s and this width will make finding proper offsets much easier.
