18x8: +38 offset Too low??

18x8: +38 offset Too low??
I found a good deal where i can get these beautiful rims for $650shipped...thing is, the offset might be WAAY off for the 2nd G TL but i'm thinking since they are so wide, maybe the it'll make up for it.
what do you guys think? i should prob look for something around +45

these things along w/ a ~2" tein basic drop on my (idk what color becuase its between white and SSM) WW_TL will look incredible!

7" rim = +42 offset
7.5" rim = +45 offset
8" rim = +48 offset
