03 tl-p might need fender pulling...?

I have an 03 tl-p cut springs 3 inch drop in back, 2.5 in front, 1.25 inch spacers/adapters for 120.7 x 5 bolt pattern to fit bmw 7 series 17" wheels. tires are 215/45/17 and are slightly smaller than the stock tire diameter but my problem comes because the tire now extends slightly beyond the fender by maybe a half inch and when I corner at any decent speeds or take off over 4000 rpm's I do rub. after inspection on the tire I really only need to roll the fenders and bring them out a little more than a half inch because I already do have some camber from the drop. My question is has anyone seen a TL with pulled fenders? It seems like it would be alright but the back doors are very close to the fender and I don't want to mess up any fitment issues.
Please don't tell me to buy coilovers or lowering springs Im almost finished with the car and planning to sell it once I paint. I love my TL but I've got a Porsche 944 at home that needs funds for turbo install, and a 924s that needs funds for a v8... so any help would be appreciated!!

Why put the time into it when ya got 2 Porsches wanting ya ?

Just grind the rear inner fender lip, shave a 1/4" off the spacers and give a yanking pull to the rear. All will be well ! V-8 Porsche ....ya baby !!!
