Wrong headlight angle

Hey forum,

I need your guys' help. The majority of the light my headlight gives off seems to be directed up instead of out and in front. I was wondering if you guys knew how I could go about readjusting the lights so that it actually hits the road and not the eyes of the drivers in front of me?

Thanks
