Wiper blade adjustment

Wiper blade adjustment
Hello everyone, back again needing some more advice / help.
I just bought myself a pair of Rain-X wiper blades from wally world and they recommended buying 24' driver side / 19' passenger.
They are replaced and as I was driving home on the freeway I could hear the blade going past the window and rubbing. Is there a manual or a way to adjust how far it goes?

I believe that 25 inches and 19 inches is recommended for the wipers, but going down to 24 won`t harm anything.

Well Walmart lied... their book said 24' driver side for 1999-2003 Acura 3.2 TL.
So is it recommended I go return that one and move down to a 23'?
The wiper does a good job at clearing my window but it goes over the lip of the window when it is at its peak. The left side of the window that is.

MrEighty8.....were ya having any similar problems with the old wipers before ?
Watch the wipers in motion and see if the wiper does this on every stroke.....if it's somewhat hit and miss,
then there may be something loose at the mounting bolt or possibly underneath the cowl, within the wiper linkage.
