What shoud I use ???

Whats up Aziners, I am going to get my OEM front lip back on the car. My first one was stolen right from my drive way. This time around I want to Glue it to the bumper some how. I also am going to use a rivit gun and use that. What kind of bonding agent should I use to keep that sucker on. My paint guy told me that if I do that he will not have a issue spraying the lip for touch ups in the future. Let me know what would hold that together the best. Thanks in advance

I wouldnt. If you ever damage just that you will have to replace the bumper as well.

I hear you man, its just that I want to feel safe about taking the car anywhere and not feeling like they will do it again. Its so hard to find an OEM Front lip anyway, I dont want to loss the only one I have left.
it sucks but we have to deal with these kind of low lifes. I hope Karma does work and that D-Bag got his.

if the surfaces fit together well- no gaps between the surfaces, I have been using Gorilla Glue with great luck- clamp for 2 hours and strong as steel~

sidenote: try gorrila tape, never go back to plain duck/duct tape again for repair or emergency use..works on wet surfaces too!! (wish I had stock in the company)

if there is a gap between the surfaces or rough uneven surface, jbweld has always served me well...they make one for plastics too

as kris said- once its on there you will need a new nose if it breaks,,but hey thats what full coverage insurance is for!! yeah $100 deductable~
