Water Leak -rear passenger footwell

Ok..Looks like I have a decent leak. I found a puddle of water in the passenger side floorboard. And of course when I asked the wife.its started as a "Oh yeah.."

I looked at the window seal and of course I found the following;

But what I couldnt find is the actual path of the water. Seems to be coming underneath the mouldling at this corner. Also, I think the seat is getting wet because it was EXTREMELY cold at the border of feeling frozen..(Maryland Weather). If it is this seal -GOOD! Lets fix it! But I just want to be sure. I checked the sunroof to make sure nothings clogged. I checked the trunk..Nothing.

Any other ideas where to check and where can I get this seal from?

You can get an Oem seal to replace the one you have that if you can`t remove the seal you have and reuse it might be your best bet.

I think the OEM part is about 30 bucks or you can try your way.

Leonidas583, was that loose seal on the door the cause of the water leak? I have a similar leak in the rear floorboard on the driver side, though.

Thank you 01tl4tl! I'll do that this week. I'm tired of driving down the highway with my windows down, airing out the TL.
