Trying to understand why I have a 35% load at idle. Among other things.

I finally got a hold of a DTC scanner to get some live stats from the ECU. The car during summer days in florida has a major drop in power as is common for any car but for my 99 TL, I feel its too much of a drop. Here are some pics of what the scanner says about my car. Note that it is about 85 out with high humidity and the IAT isn't correct in one of the pics cause I had a resistor temporarily on it to trick the ECU and maybe see a trend to help me diagnose it. Otherwise the IAT read about 130-150 in driving and idle. My timing also never seems to advance very much under WOT. Many other cars I've scanned show about a 15-27 degree advance under WOT but not mine. Stays under maybe 10. When idling with air on in park, the engine load is 35%, and when off about 25%. Isn't that high? Also my TPS never reads below 9.4%. I think that's a little bit of a problem but when unplugged and reading 0 the engine load doesn't budge. Any input would help while I do my detective work.
