There is a fault in the lock-up control system which may be caused by a faulty solenoid. My cousin had this code awhile back, and if memory serves me correct, we had to change the lock-up(?) solenoid. Once replaced the code never returned. BTW - this was done on a '00 TL-P. Hope this helps.

I would have to agree with Lawaia. Sounds like a selonoid problem (but it could be something else)
