Shifter stuck in Park

I have read that the reason for this is that the accuator for the bake pedal is stuck and that spraying it with WD40 helps.

But I am having a hard figuring out what it looks like.

I have a 2002TL-S.

WOuld anyone have pics of the accuator??

Thanks.

There is nothing to spray. Its electronic.
First thing to do is look to see if you have brake lights when you push the brake pedal. If not, first check the brake fuse. If thats ok, odds are its the brake switch.

Here is a DIY on how to replace it.
