rpms keep jumping up and down?
hey, my TLS seems to be having a problem. when i idle and i guess when im driving, not really sure.... the rpms jump from about 750 rpms to almost 2500 rpms. back nad forth...it doesn stop...its so bad i have to turn my car off at lights cause i can barely hold the car with the brakes (well i could but i feel like im fucking something up). anyway, what could the problem be?
btw, this happened after i put in some fuel stabilizer in the gas tank and the car had been sitting for between a month and 2 months prior to this, dont know if this is the cause or a coincidence.
anyone have any solutions?

IAC. If the car sits for awhile they sometimes get stuck. Pull it off the bottom of the TB and clean it out.

IAC. Get a short stubby screw driver and just unscrew it with every thing mounted. Its not that hard

well i might as well give cleanng a try, if nothing i'll jsut replace it. but it would suck to spend 150 on it if it turned out not to be the problem
btw, what should i clean it with?

I Do This Thing At My Shop All The Time.. Use Wd40 To Clean It.. Itll Lube It At The Same Time. Stick A Thin Flat Head Scewdriver In The Iac And Try To Get The Barrel To Move.. The Magnet On The Side Of The Iac Sensor Should Roll It Back In Place.. If It Move Then Ure Good To Go... Btw Whoever Say That Iac Can Not Be Clean Is Bullshittin.. Just Trying To Make Money.. How Else Are They Gonna Sell Those Thing..
