Replacement for navigation screen

Hi,
My 2002 TL's navigation screen is damaged and dim, I've looked through many threads about replacements but considering that I'm over 10 years late to the party, I cant find anything reasonable. Is there an aftermarket screen that was discussed and I missed? Or is there a way to fix the damage? Considering just doing a navigation delete at this point but can't find a dash near me.

Thank you

you can always buy a replacement on eBay fro $50-$150.

or if there Is a pick and pull in your area, much less than that.

three options:
  1. leave as is, use the AUTO button with temp setting to control the HVAC
  2. replace the entire dash area with the non-nav interior and regain the manual control of the fan and A/C compressor lost in solution 1 above
  3. replace the nav screen with a working part from a junk yard and regain full control AND vintage navigation functionality.
I replaced mine with that from a junkyard, in the end I mainly use it to control the HVAC fan speed and A/C; sometimes the map Is nostalgic to look at.
