Rear Driving Light

I have an 02' TL and one of my rear driving lights has went out. I do not have an user manual, there seems to be alot of paneling in front of it. How do I remove it. And insert the new bulb? Can someone please help me out with this?

What's the rear driving light you are talking about? Your rear tail light? Your reverse lights? If you need to view an owners manual, if you are registered on the Acura Owner's site, you can see it there.

I am referring to the left rear tail light. When the brake is applied it lights up. While the car is in drive and headlights are not on; one of the two lights does not light up. I have tried to search Acura.com but I could not find the 2002 Acura TL on there.

can't find what bulb it is, still searching, but go to autozone, they'll tell you what you need.

You actually go onto the Acura.com site and register as an Acura owner. Then you can look at the owners manual if you don't have one yourself. I couldn't find the actuall bulb number, but like I said, you can go to autozone and give them your car model and year, they'll tell you what you need

5 minute DIY

to reach the bulb- turn the 5 screws 1/4 turn left -the ones on the flat plastic panel as you look down to your knees
Next look for the KNOB that is near the top of the side panel and remove it.
unhook the trunk net
pull the cardboard GENTLY forward from where the knob was- then out from under the lip
Reach hand in and 1/4 turn left removes the bulb socket of the bad bulb
Pull bulb out
Insert new bulb
TEST
install in reverse order- tuck the cardboard in place- secure screws
Special bulbs of course, 6 bucks- the come in a 2 pack
replace all the bulbs or at least the mate to the dead one
Or be doing it in 2 weeks
