Rear doors won't open from outside
#4
OK just asking because it's possible the lock solenoids broke and the doors are not unlocking.
Not sure if this would help, but you could try flipping the child proof switch back and forth (not sure if this would affect the outside handle at all, but worth a try maybe).
Do they open from the inside?

I would guess that the door lock mechanism has a loose or broken link.
However, it would be Extremely rare for both sides to break at the same time. Especially since it's not a common problem. It seems like someone purposely did this. Maybe a previous owner or something.
