rear bench seat

I was cleaning my car, couldnt help but notice when i pull up on both sides of rear seats it comes off that side, but seems to stay down in middle....is there a clamp or some lever there i can press to take the whole back seats out? pics might help.. thanks

The lower portion is bolted down. Once you remove the bolt it comes out.

how do i remove the bolt? like i have to use a tool or it unhinges?

The seat is bolted down. You have to take a socket wrench and remove the bolt. Then the seat can come out. It isnt hinged its not designed to move.

I forget but to the left or the right of the center seat there's a 10mm bolt. That's it.

yea, i just leave mine unbolted, so if i need to drop the seats for extra space its easy on the go. no harm done, the bolts are not really needed.

If i undo the bolt and just clip it back in, you said thats ok....what if I get in an accident, it wont come flying up and crush someone in the back seat?
