Power steering leak, then lower arm?

I'm having a steering pump leak and is bad, as bad as the edge on the tire is scratching the tire because the tire moved really close to the edge, drivers side is 3 fingers gap, and passenger side 2 fingers gap.

What do you think, maybe just lower arm?
Thank You

Radius rod bushings are worn or the lower arm is bent.
Check the the bushing first, its lets than $10 for both if I remember.

Left or right side is similar, remove the lower plastic cover.
