My passenger mirror tilts down when I put it in reverse. However, it doesn't tilt back to the original position. So I moved the switch to the left so that it won't tilt down when I put it in reverse. But I noticed when I drive when I hit bumps in the road the mirror will start to fall/move down on it's own.

Any suggestions on how I should fix it and the steps to taking the mirror out. I was thinking something is loose or I might need a new motor.
