No power to Radio 2003 TLS
I have a 2003 TLS. Radio power goes in and out of power. Mostly out of power. My dad added an after market IPOD adapter to it years ago.
I have checked all the fuses. All of them are ok upon inspections. Only fuse not working is a SRS on drivers side the harness is damaged on the backside where it seats that fuse.
I took apart all the center paneling and console, and took out radio. When I plugged everything back in, it did not work initially work. I wiggled it and tried holding 1 and 6 at the same time, check the harnesses at the back again and then it started working. Ran the iPOD adapter through its RCA plugs into my iPhone. Worked for 2 minutes and stopped working again.
At whits end with this radio. Any suggestions? Help and advice is much appreciated.
