Need help with occasional clunking sound

I am a newbie to this site.

I have an '02 TL-S that just recently started to make an occasional clunking sound on the driver's side front while driving on smooth surfaces and during braking. It never makes this noise if I go over bumpy roads.

I already removed both front wheels and inspected all of the suspension components and brake calipers. Everything was tight.

Any help with this is greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
Robert

Welcome to the forum.

As for the sound? Possible ball joint, or swaybar end link?
