Navi, radio and shift out of electric

Hi, everyone
my radio, navi are just die while I driving my 99 tl and when I parked the car the shift is locked. So, I have to use the shift release to move my shift from one to another.
Any advice and help please...Thanks.

99 have a prob with the ignition switch back -electrical part
Acura does a recall replacement once then you are on your own
call dealer or 1-800 382 2238x5 with VIN and ask if thats been done

ck all your BRAKE lights on the car are working
Ck brake light switch at pedal is on tight
those will lock the shifter

have battery and electrical system tested at parts store

good job! find the source of the problem-
very strange that would lock out the nuetral safety switch,, thats messing with your shift lockout at start

and stop working on electrical with the battery hooked up!
