more slippage in tiptronic

as the title states, i feel like the tranny slips a lot while driving under the tiptronic. as to when i drive automatic, i don't feel any slipping at all. what's the deal?
the tranny has been rebuilt already just so you know

oh yea those rebuilts are perfect lol

does the rpm rise when you press the gas- but the speed doesnt increase?
thats clutch pack slipping

how are you driving it in SS mode?--staying on the throttle on downshifts- full rpm in 2nd and 3rd- and downshifts into those gears at max rpm?

thats the weak part of the trans

If you are still under the rebuilt warranty time or mileage bring it back to have it check. If the warranty is over then i'll just live it in D and drive it normal.

i dont use the ss mode that much but when i do its usually just for speeding up on the highway or passing someone and such. other than that im in D. on the other times that i do use the tiptronic i shift it like it normally would when i drive auto. oh and i just recently found this out: when i downshift into 2nd it feels like my car just hit the wall. seriously. i usually use the brakes but when i downshift into 2nd that happens like all the time. in other gears it doesn't do that though....

yeah 2nd is the weak point in the trans- dont downshift into it with SS unless you are setting up for the apex of a corner and full throttle off the corner

otherwise DONT use the trans as Brakes! thats not its job

Is it an acura rebuilt unit done under warranty or a shop rebuilt
if trans shop, was the external oil jet kit reinstalled?
acura rebuilts have a new case with the kit moved inside
