if there is a short or break in that specific wire the only thing you can do is replace it with a new one(wire), is it the plug/harness itself or the wire/pins that is causing the problem?

I pluged the coil into the wire harness itself like I did with the rest when I was testing them. I'M not sure weather is the inside of the connector itself or the whole wire. How far does the wire go I was thinking of checkn to see if theres a cut somewhere maybe?? or opening to connector itself to see if the is a good connection

well all you can do is trace that wire and look for breaks in it. Look in the connector itself and see if its corroded or not, and broken? The whole engine harness is like 350.

Easiest way to tell if it's the wire is to swap the coil pack with another one and if you still don't get spark, it's the wire to the coil pack. You could obviously try a few of the coil packs if you suspect you have multiple bad coil packs.
I have 122,000 miles on my TL and I've only ever had to replace 1 coil pack. They seem to go a long time.
