Which transmission fits into a 2000 TL, specifically the ones that have the tranny problem fixed?

Which car's can i find them in?

Ones made after May 05 (IIRC) are the updated ones

thanks for all the help... i picked up a brand spankin' new one for $400... less than 2000 miles on it, previous owner got into a bad front end accident and i have all paperwork concerning purchase/ installation!! WOOHOO!!!!

u got lucky, great find. where did u find the papers?

the yard had cleaned the car out and it was left in the vehicle. the car had been delivered a couple hours before i got there. so it was perfect
