grinding when accelerating

grinding when accelerating
i am getting a grinding sound when acclerating on first gear than little bit on second gear. if i accelerate slower there isnt to much it happens when i accelerate hard. sounds like wheels bearings or brakes not sure. does anyone have any idea ?

It' the transmission...go to the dealer now and talk to them about it before it inevitably turns into a pain...
