Question Exhaust gasket?

Sounds like I have an exhaust leak but I'm not sure. When I accelerate in first gear I hear an intermitent pulsating responce from the exhaust but only for a couple of seconds and then it stabalizes. It could be two problems: An exhaust leak and a throttle problem but I don't notice any loss of power and the tack doesn't sputter or fluctuate either. I think I just notice the sound more now because of an exhaust gasket leak. Help!!!

Do you have headers? You should be able to hear it when parked and reving also if its a exhaust leak

No, no headers. Car is stock. I'll try reving the engine in park tomorrow and see what I get. Any other suggestions?
