Question Engine stalls 2003 TL 3.2 V6

My wife's 2003 Acura TL 3.2L VTEC V6 120K original owner miles has developed a mysterious stalling problem. The engine quits, whether at interstate speeds, or idling in traffic. I use Hi-test gas, per the manual, and all PM maintenance checks are performed by the local Acura dealer in Columbus, GA. Engine may be restarted immediately, or within 15 minutes. Local dealer is clueless as to why. Google searches show owner opinions as to cause, varying from Traction Control System involvement, rotors out-of-round, or to glitches with electronic ignition module.

Does anybody have knowledge of this problem and how to fix it?

bad IAC valve...Idle Air Control valve...Most of the time it's just sticky from carbon deposits. clean it and re-install it and give it ago
