I can't believe this happened to me. My car was parked on the street infront of my home, and someone stole my glass from the side view mirror assembly, I ordered a new glass from the ACURA OEM store, I just got it but I can't seem to install it properly in the mirror holder. I've the acuator and everything...help please!!??

 

post a picture, it may have been ripped out and broke off something. why the heck would anyone steal the glass out of a side view mirror, freacken low lifes.

 

they must of knew what they were doing becuase you have to be gentile when removing it....i can walk you thru it if you post up some pics or just check on the forum someone has to have a post about it....

 

My right side mirroe no longer adjusts when the car goes into reverse, any ideas?
Sorry to OP, just figured I;d post in here since its already about the passenger side mirror.

 

probably because the mirror selector switch for the adjustment is not in the middle anymore, and is selecting one side :shakehead

 

That was my first thought, but its not. It stays in the center.
