Driver door cylinder actuator

Don't know if this is the correct name for this part...but it is the part that attaches to the lock cylinder (opposite end of the lock inside the door).

I can't unlock/open the car doors without first unlocking/opening the driver's door manually with a key. After unlocking, I can open the three remaining doors with the remote or driver's toggle switch.

Also, the doors must be locked in a similar manner. Either use the toggle to lock ALL doors or use the key.

Is there a way to verify that the driver's actuator is the culprit?

Again, thank you in advance.
