Cylinder One Misfire 2000 Acura TL

Cylinder One Misfire 2000 Acura TL
I have a 2000 Acura TL with 175K on it. It runs fantastic and besides having to change the oil pump, it has had no major problems.
The CEL and the TCS light came on a few days ago. The code read misfire on cylinder one.
I changed the plugs and the car was fine for two days. I used a Bosch plug with four prongs (probably not the right term) on the business end of the plugs. I asked the guy if not using the OEM plugs would throw a code and he told me no. I used the dielectric grease on the coils and the ceramic parts of the plugs. I also used a small amount of anti-lock lube on the threads of the plugs.
Car ran great (two days).
Then only the CEL came back on. Multiple codes for misfires, not just number one this time.
There has been no noticeable loss of power or shaking coming from the engine.
I have read about changing the coil, but why would it go from one cylinder to most of them and a code for multiple misfires? Could this still be one coil? If I can't "feel" the misfire, could it be something else?
Thanks for any help on this one.

first thing is you have the wrong plugs- bosch are the worst thing to put in the TL!!!!!
TAKE THEM OUT and back ASAP
INSTALL THE CORRECT NGK IRIDIUM or ngk Platinum (oe)
(irid is stock in gen3 so we can use it)
reset the ECU by pulling the clock fuse on passenger end of dash
that clears the codes and try again
its firing so badly that its causing false codes
after that, we can see if it really needs a coil or just needed plugs really bad-
how many miles were on the OE plugs?

do a forced ECU reset to be sure it starts fresh and relearns how to run with the correct plugs.
remove the CLOCK fuse for 1 minute then reinsert
its number 12 or 13 on passenger end of dash fusebox
