I've started noticing that the seats on my 99 TL (83k mi) have started to creak - especially when I brake hard or corner.
Anybody had the same problems?
What's the best and cheapest way to solve this?
I know this is kinda a religious question, but how many think a dealership is the best place to go for non critical problems like this?
Any DIY's?
Thanks

It may be coming from the seat belt buckle. If it is, Its a known problem. You will have to remove the seat to fix it. Baisically you need to bend it a little bit outward.

yea..
u need to unmount the driver seat..
u don't have to take it out.
bend the seatbelt thingy towards the center console.
if you take the seat all the way out(be sure to disconnect battery)...there's a washer thingy that lets the seat belt stay
float...you take that out...thats what was squeaking on mine.
