transmission part,,iirc thats internal
Have you tried google as our search doesnt take 3 letter terms like egr
Use + acurazine.com if you want it to ferret thru here
Hey trans fixin gurus!!!!--are the selenoids and the filter the only externals?
once you get failed 2nd gear pressure switch,, can you change the fluid and hope?
egr code is probably the egr port and pathway system INSIDE the intake manifold casting.
from the egr valves openings below it, thru the manifold and out the other end --see many threads and DIY
remove intake manifold from engine to clean on workbench

Check out part number 14:

Not sure if that's it but I'd be willing to bet it is. Don't ask me how to replace it because I don't know. You might have to break down and buy a service manual if you're going to do this shit yourself.

I get it now--what I called shift selenoid they call pressure switch / selenoid
Yeah see the diy section for how to
buy 1 of those from one of our sponsoring vendors (they cut us a deal)
and change at least 3 qts atf
might think about using a cheap type F atf to see if that helps the shifting (after motor mount and other items ckd)
if that does make it smoother, then consider a full switch to redline lightweight racing atf
Many are fixing probs with that
