cd player

my cd player won't let me play any disc, how do i fix that?

do you get an error message on the screen? if so its jammed up. there isnt a real good way to fix that other than taking it apart and unjamming things and fixing stuck doors. might as well get an aftermarket head unit then.

are u playing burned discs or store-bought cds? the 2nd gen 99-01 IIRC is not good about burned discs, i think once they moved to the 6 disc indash changer they also took care of the burned cd problem to some extent

my 6 disk changer started jamming up shortly after i used a few burned cd's and i have an 03.

10 = 5$ walmart

vs.

biz safe thing = 80$ once + time for install yourself (but can sell car with aux feature)

i like the cd's as i have a decent amount of them...

Ipods are so much better and less problematic than our pos factory hu. Even with a aftermarket radio I never use the cd player.

yeah...

or

$15 Monster aux tape deck adapter from PC Richards.

sound quality is just fine for me. maybe not to others with a more sensitive ear.
