Can't find Transmission filler hole!!
Either I am blind as a bat, but for the life of me I can not find the transmission filler bolt. I have a 2003 auto 5 speed with a external tranny filter.
Had mechanic change the tranny filter and do the first flush. I drove the car home and want to do 2 more changes but before I drop the fluid I want to make sure I know where everything is. I have review all Youtube posting on this, but I can not find that large bolt on top behind the intake house going towards the windshield.
Am I missing something? Can I fill from the tranny dipstick? as a last resort?
Any advance or actually photos would help.

This is a pic of the filler hole in my wife's Odyssey. Dead center in the picture, with the bolt off. It's in the exact same place on the TL. I have the intake removed here because my funnel wouldn't fit and I didn't have any hose to run it down. Hope this helps. You can't miss it, it's a big bolt right on top of the tranny. It's possible you have an oil jet kit installed, in which case there will be a tube running through the bolt (ick).

Thanks SuperGreg.
I did find it. I have a Oil jet kit installed. So had to remove the bolt and pull up the feeder tube. Once that was done. Ease Pease!! Did the refill. Surprisingly my mechanic went thru the dipstick with the first change.
This is a great forum and a super help for my son and his project car.

There are funnels that hold over a quart and can fit in the dip stick hole, if you look around for them. The guys that say it is a pain the in ass to use this method don't have the right funnel, because I don't know what would be easier.
