Cam timing
I am in the process of changing the timing belt on my 2000 TL; what mark on the front cam do I set it by? There's 6 different marks on the front one! I've done numerous 4 cylinder Acuras, but this is my first v6. Any help is appreciated.

1? Assuming the crank pulley or gear is lined up correctly with the arrow for tdc for bank 1. The rear cam i think only has one mark on it and that should also be aligned for bank 1. (Can anyone back me up on all of this just in case) Did you line everything up before taking off the timing belt?

With the cover off, There is really only 1 mark on the cam gears. Look towards the teeth above the #1mark. Make sure the crank pulley is aligned with the arrow, by the crank. With the cover on look at the front cam gear the #1 mark should be aligned with the V in the opening #1 should be aligned with it. If its not then rotate the crank 1 full rotation.

Unfortunately the belt was long overdue and the teeth sheared off. I got lucky, comp and leakdown proved ok. I set the crank by the mark on the oil pump, and the rear with the line on the valve cover. I figured the front was set with the #1, so I went ahead and used it. Everything seemed good when I turned it over by hand, I just wanted to be sure before I put everything back together. Thanks everyone for pointing me right.
Mine has #1-6, and a mark on the outter ring above each #.
