Anyone used ZZ autoparts?

Just googled and found ZZ Autoparts has a set of 6 Ignition coils for my 1999 TL for $100.

This is the lowest price I have found.

But it almost seems to low so I was wondering if anyone else has dealt with this company and were you happy with them?

If they are selling new coils at that price, compare the name brand and warranty if any.
Do they have any customer ratings on their site ? What all else do they carry ?

Ya may wanna consider only buying one coil pack if you're experiencing problems and test the others by using it.

Didn't know ZZ Top started an Autopart business.

It sounds like a seriously low end coil.. Usually 4 OEM DENSO will run you +100 bucks!..

They only seem to carry ignition coils and engine mounts.

They have a 1 year warranty.

They probably are, but I don't have a lot of money.

So, I took a chance and ordered the coils. They arrived in 2 days.

Looking at them they are very similar to the OEM, except the top/head is slightly smaller, but the bolt hole lines up perfectly, they fit snug and the shaft looks the same.

I changed the one that I thought looked visually bad. (I put it on the front bank when I changed the plugs) and started the car. It's running perfect and the CEL went out.

So at this time I am very very happy. We will see in 6 months if the coil is still kicking.

Also, since it turned out to only be one(I suspected 3 after visual inspection) I now have 5 more for when the next one goes out. Which, if it is like my Ford, it will be shortly. The Ford once the first one went bad one routinely goes out about every 6 months. May check to see if ZZ has an Eight pack of coils for the Expedition.

The Ford dealer near me wanted $1K to change the coils and plugs. CRAZY.
