Replaced battery today, thought that could be a cause, but at first attempt with new battery the same happened, car was cranking but didn't start.
I noticed that when I turn key all the way before start usually a click coming from under a shift knob, if I don't hear click car won't start, to make it click I need to pull shift knob to the right and left several times, then it's clicks and I can start a car.
What would that be?

Car thinks that it's not in park, so it won't start.

Just need an adjustment of the shifter cable.

Yeah, may be something simple as Karanx7 previously suggested. Pull the console cover off and check the shifter's mechanisms and cable. Something may be sticky or binding.

If that doesn't help, then perhaps an interlock solenoid ?

Need your help guys, could not start a car for long time today. This is what happened, I was trying to move shifter from park position to rear or anything else, was pressing on brake pedal at the same time with ignition on. Finally after 10-15 minutes something clicked in the shifter area.

Gonna have to investigate the problem a little deeper within the shifter area.
