Question 99 tl stalls when shifted into 2nd or 1st

My 99 Tl stalls when I shift it into 1st or 2nd manually. It is okay when using D4 or speed shift. Any help?

When you shift into 1 or 2 manually, do you see the numbers light up in the dash gauge cluster?

Yes, the correct number lights and when I put it in speed shift the number 1 is displayed.

I read that when you pull the shift lever down to 2nd gear that it locks it in 2nd and will not downshift or upshift until the shift lever is moved. I just wonder if that has something to do with it.

Yes 1 and 2 locks the transmission into that gear. What do you mean by 'stall'? The engine dies when you give it gas in these gears? Or the engine revs freely as if it were in neutral?

Within one second after shifting to 1st or 2nd the car jerks and dies. I have replace all 5 of the motor and transmission mounts. Also replace all 6 transmission solenoids and the 2 pressure sensors.

If I pull the plug on any solenoid the car goes in to limp mode . I can then put it into gear and it doesn't die. Any help ?
