99 tl ac not workin and blowers runs all the time
i own a 99 tl with automatic air. the compressor comes on for like two seconds when you start the car and then cycles off for good. when you turn off the system the blower still runs on high, even if you shut the car off and restart. the modes all still change but the fan is always high

digital temp/ auto temp control system, or manual knobs for ac and controls?
if ac comes on and goes off immediatly- suspect low freon level or a sensor for same
Ckd the pressure in the ac low side line? that will say if low level--possibly from leaky oring or bad hose
When did the ac last work right?
for blower motor stays on- you are sure its the cabin air blower right?
not the driver side radiator fan running on- from its having a bad temp sensor?
there is a known problem with the connector and a too short wire,, for it shorting out- melting the plastic and burning wires--may even cause it to go to run ON ~welded switch~
thats a guess
Look under glove box for connector to blower for damage
If you cant see it follow the diy on cabin air filter replacement
once the glove box is removed and the filters are out-(20 minutes) you can get to the blower motor and its mounting plate- unscrew the entire plate and flip over to inspect electrical parts
best I can do with your modem that far from the car--perhaps you could move it closer

yeah it has freon, pressure at around 85 on high and low side. it is the blower inside and when you disconnect resistor it shuts the blower off. it has manual blower knob but moving it has no effect. both the problems came at the same time though, no compressor and full speed fan blower with the system on or off. is the control head also the logic module for the system or is there a seperate control module or body computer? when i searched for available parts only the control unit , resistor and blower motor comes up

85 psi on the low side!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
holy cow, i dont even want to know what is it on the high side. thats in danger of exploding.
are you taking the reading while the compressor is running?
mine had a problem, the compressor would turn on and shut off every 2 seconds. the high pressure ended up being 450 psi when the compressor kicked on, wayyy too high. i had to lower the high pressure down to 225 psi which is what its suppose to be. then the compressor would cycle correctly.
did you overcharge the system. i think when your compressor kicked on and pressure on the high side shot up wayy too high and it turns off for good to save its self from exploding.

no they are both at 85 without the compressor running, the pressures are equal on all ac systems when they are not running. i dont know what it is when it runs since the comp. wont come on

Always Working In
Sounds like you may need to get the system evactuated maybe. But I do suspect a bad thermresistor (I think they call it). The connectoe behind the fan motor. Has 4 wires going to it. Two screws. Pull it out and inspect.
