B7VA AT problems

Hi, how to check the oil level correctly? Because I warm up a cold car at a standstill until the fan is turned on and off, I turn it off and check it immediately (this is what the manual says), it is 4mm above the max. However, when I warm up the car in the city, e.g. 30 miles of driving and turn off the car, I check it and I have a minimum level of ATFAnd the problem is when is cold outside, so below 60 degrees F., after the first two or three throws of R causes a loud knock and jerk the car After driving 300m or about 5 minutes, everything is ok.
Transmission milage is 200 k miles and the overhaul of the AT was 5,000 miles ago.

When you warm up the car at an idle sitting still it does not warm up the transmission fluid to normal transmission operating temperatures, the engine heats up but the tranny doesn't reach the normal operating temperature. It also does not equally force the fluid into all the clutch packs as it does when it shifts gears and warms up due to driving. I would trust the reading after it has been driven. Make sure the ground is level where you park when measuring the fluid.

ok it is exactly max level of ATF after driving for 4 miles. The radiator comes on and off. It must be ok I think. The noise is likely on the video ( only on cold weather ) :
