2002 acura tl type-s brake light on when cold

my brake light comes on the one on the dash when it is cold outside then goes off when it warms up ???

make sure your brake fluid is topped off. If so make sure the float on the brake cap moves smoothly.

mine did the same thing last winter. now that i've topped it off, no brake light.

Might be brake fluid level sensor

yea it may be the sensor i kno @ my dealer it was only like 20 bucks but that too make sure your level is topped off mine was like that till I put more fluid in
